Complaint about bad service

Hi

I am a tanent at 120 End Building. I have been with them for 3 years now. My problem start on 2 November 2017 when I realized I wont have enough money ro pay for my rent. I call the custormer service and they told me that I must send an email to credit deparrment. And I did but no respond on their side. I didnt get time to go to the office as I was not around GP. But I was trying to get hold of the credit department.

On the 13 of November I went to the office to make payment arramgement, they adviced me to pay at least half of the amount I was owing which is R3700. I paid R2000 then I went back to the office to finished with the arrangement. To my suprised a customer service consultant call the Credit Department his name is Moses, he told me there is nothing he can do because they already lock the apartment. He then hang up the phone.I went back to the building to speak with the building manager but he also said he is following the rules.

I was locked out appartment, my ID is inside; I dont have a place stay, thet cut off the power and they didnt even give me a chance to take my impotent belonging. No one told me that they will lock my room.
