complaint

We have been complaining about a broken plug in our children's bedroom, since 13Feb2022. We asked the maintenance to come and fix it. He came 2 days after the complaint, just said he'll be back and we never saw him again. I told the supervisor a few times about this and still we only got excuses. We took it up with Afcho personally and we are still sitting with a broken plug. This is a danger to our kids. Tired of all the excuses.
