Afhco doesn't even deserve a star the way their service is terrible I am really going to the rental tribunal as they have failed to resolve my complaint. They make promises to get back to you but never so I will take it further I will never recommend this organization.

10 Sept 2020, 19:57I am so upset with the treatment of afcho I literally want to cancel the parking request that went no where I app**** beginning of 2020 only to receive a bill in May to pay for months that I didn't get a bill for and I had not even signed their lease that I got to sign in May. I sent my query in June its almost end of July no answer from them. I haven't even got a tag to access their facility how do I pay for a service I dont use. I will not recommend to do this process its frustrating.PBay 031 Khan Corner I complaint about the same things in July but it was left hanging I am not sure if there is a complaint resolution department.

20 Apr 2021, 12:497 months later I am recieving calls that my account has been handed over I called your call centre in January they told me to not worry its being dealt with but here I am being harassed when I took the necessary steps to have this resolved.I really more that upset with afhco the worst customer service ever.
