Complaint

How can Afhco reduce the price of the rent for new tenants moving in but they do not reduce it for their current tenants which is so unfair? Is everyone not supposed to be paying the same price? How is others being charged less while the old tenants are being inconvenienced? Is everyone not supposed to be charged the same price cause we all paying for the same thing? As a business, are you not supposed to treat all your customers fairly? When we as old tenants inquired about the new rate that is being advertised we are told it is only for the new tenants moving in cause they are not getting any new tenants. So if this new price is only new tenants then we might as well cancel our current lease agreements and ask for a new one and they can treat us as if we new tenants as well. R5600 is a ridiculous price to pay especially when you are not being looked after properly and you are not receiving the service that you are paying for. We also want to pay R4995 like all the other new tenants since we paying for the same services.

We have been complaining to Peter about the insufficient washing lines and also whenever it rains, it rains in in our apartment, he just keeps on saying that he will send someone to fix it but to this date no one showed up to fix the leaks. Our clothes and things are being spoiled by this and nothing is being done. We pay so much rent to stay at this place but they do not even look after their tenants.
