Complain

I have been a tenant at Newgate for over three years, and the management by Afhco has been extremely disappointing. For the past three weeks, we faced a severe water outage with little to no communication or updates from Afhco. When tenants organized a meeting to address our concerns, Afhco retaliated by threatening lease terminations and calling the SAPS. Despite our unity and efforts to resolve the issues, management's response has been inadequate and hostile. Their actions are unacceptable, and I would not recommend their services.
