Complain

I got a letter today that states that "despite numerous general notices and warnings, i have granted access to my visitor forcefully ". This is the first letter i got from afhco that says i must pay R250.00 for that.my question is where did the other numerous letters go and what where the warnings on them, secondly out of 3 other security guards why is there only one person who has this kind of a complain. The security Guard by the name of Mary Ndima sent a false statement to the afhco offices and they believed what she had to say without even hesitating. What would really make me happy is clearify all the warnings that i got before and clearify why am i getting the last warning and this typical fine.
