I have canceled my lease with you, expecting my deposit to be returned. Instead, I have been receiving monthly payments, and now I have been informed that I owe R9 232.64. I would like clarification on this matter. Additionally, I am troubled by the fact that the caretaker of Mpilo Place, along with the security, has locked me out of the property since last month.
