Caretaker so he claims
It is understable that out take claims to be off on Sundays but even if his around he cannot be you a simple key for your flat but send the security gaurd to go look for the key but when the security gaurd claims not to find the key I must be looked out and he is sitting in the security booth please explain what is his role for living in the building
