Cancelling Lease Agreement

I am just trying to cancel my lease agreement before it actually ends as we are not satisfied with the services offered. The security in the complex is not good at all, One of the apartments above us has been broken into recently and someone has tampered with our sliding door. The grass only get cut once it is super long.

I have tried contacting Afcho to explain the situation and i do not want to lose my deposit (We have tenants that can move in immediately) but AFCHO states that i will lose my deposit, Which is not stated in my Lease agreement, All it says is that there is a reasonable penalty as they need to find new tenants, Afcho syas the "Reasonable Penalty" refers to losing the whole deposit, That is not a reasonable penalty at all, I have tried calling their Supervisor Lucy but she never answers her phone, I have left numerous messages for her to call me back, No response.

I have so many emails to AFCHO but still no luck in getting service from them. I need to just cancel the contract, Claim deposit and new tenants can move in immediately, This way no one loses out. Is it really that difficult to understand.
