CALL THE OMBUDSMAN - AFHCO is a pain
<p>I cannot express what a pain it is to communicate with a company that does not have the clients interest at heart. They are quick to send you bulk sms's about your rent being over due but they will not even respond to an email or phone call. They have the worst, grumpiest hoarder of a building manager at their popular building 50 Stiemens this guy thinks a 25 year old young black lady like myself doesnt know her consumer rights! They have been holding onto my deposit money for more than a month with no assistance to my complaint. I will not let this matter go because that flat was left in the most perfect condition, probably better than when i moved in. Companies like this need to be made aware of their poor customer service and taken to the ombudsman.</p>
