Building and the property management not helping

Don't ever rent from AFHCO. They will hold you responsible for damages you found in the property and refuse to refund you your deposit. I am so disappointed, they are now telling me that I sent my notice late which is not true because they captured it on the 22nd which is not even my problem so when I call the building manager he said it's a lie cz he submitted earlier. Don't rent under AFHCO
