break in and payment arrangement

I Kholofelo A Tema from Ilanga building residing at 1st floor room 139.<br> <br> I am a sub tenant in the unit as the main tenant I Komane,so he left with work related purposes and am the one responsible for the flat now.<br> <br> On the 20 December 2015 I had a break in to my flat.Most of my property were ****** and the *****s broke from my window with a break to access all this.I then opened a case with this matter.I then also went to AFHCO offices to report this matter on the 21 December 2015 for what can be done.So i was atended by a lady called LEBO for the customer services and she said to me i should write a complaint letter that will be send to area manager and she should give a respose on the 22nd December 2015.I then waited for the 22nd December for the response but there was nothing i then went to the office again and i was told that the area manager will only be in the office by 04 January 2016 since she went to the offices.I then went to report this matter to the Department of Housing for tribunal and they also said to me they will be able to assist me January 2016.<br> <br> On the 4 January 2016 i waited for a response from AFHCO offiices but there was nothing.On the 5th January 2016 i went
