Blocked electricity meter

I just want to know why Afhco keeps blocking my meter. I paid my rent in full as well as for parking. To my surprise today, I went to the garage to purchase electricity only to find out my meter has been blocked. It's the second time this is happening. First it happened I went to the office and the missing payments were traced and meter opened. This time I would like to know why and I will have to sleep with electricity in the house and not able to cook for my family. My building is Panama House unit G003. Can someone please explain. Maybe I have overstayed my welcome and they want to **** me off so that I leave and they put new tenants?
