blacklisting customers unfairly
<p>i rented a flat at afhco building for more than 12 months and when i moved out due to unemployment i started receiving sms that i owe rent for the month which followed, i went to their offices and they told me its because i moved out on the 1st of the months, and i didnt put down 30 days notice. wherelse i spoke to the building manager before i moved out and she told me that since i lost my job i can move out its fine without making notice its not a problem and she also sent my paper that state that i moved out 3 days after i moved out which resulted to afhco thinking i was still in the building the next month, i opened a case with them against the manager and i was told i will get feedback but today am getting sms that i am blacklisted by afhco, for what? i have a case number with me but no feedback and since they never call me or anything i know that they have violeted my rights and am going to take legal actions against afhco if they dont resolve this issue as they never follow protocol whatsoever.</p>

After careful consideration and in view of your request to cancel the lease agreement without serving the required 1 month notice thus breaching and or not complying with the terms and conditions of your lease agreement; we are entitled over and above any rights in law to charge you a penalty as you vacated into the new month, when rental of July 2016 was overdue.
