Blacklisted for an account paid off
i use to be a tenant at Atkinson house in Marshalltown, i moved out of the unit 112 in December 2016. l got an email from TPN yesterday telling me their client(Afhco) has blacklisted me.
i called their Head Office to find out why, i was advised i owe them R3000 in which i paid R3492 in June after they sent me an sms to state i have an outstanding balance which i was not even aware off.
I was asked to send the proof of payment which i did three weeks ago, yesterday i called their offices spoke to Kamo, she advised me they did receive the POP, it will take seven working days for them to come back to me.
I would not recommend Afhco to anyone, if you want your life to be turned upside down then try them, *********** staff and very poor management,they do not care about their clients.
