Billing,Deposit and electricity.
Recently moved out of the falls one and funny part is I thought what ever they wrote about this place was lies but I experienced it. From not having electricity and being billed thousands of rands and when you ask them to come check what’s wrong they won’t bother to check. I moved in a new place that uses prepaid and I do not even pay more than R700 for electricity while at the falls I was bill over R2000 per month. The deposit part I don’t want to talk about it as I have lost all my deposit to charges I don’t understand and they made me pay on top of the deposit I lost over R1500 plus my deposit.

Upon termination of the Lease, the Landlord will kindly refund the Tenant the full deposit together with any interest earned, provided that the Tenant has no outstanding amounts owing to the Landlord and that there are no damages to the Premises beyond fair wear and tear.
Should there be any damages to the Premises or any outstanding amounts due by the Tenant at the end of the Lease, the Landlord will be entitled to apply such portion of the deposit and accrued interest as may reasonably be required to settle the outstanding amounts and/or cover the cost of repairing the damages. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the Tenant.
