Bill Dispute

I am highly frustrated that I am actually rating a star at this point.

We made our fist payment on the 16 th Jan 2019 and a second payment on the 25 th Jan 2019.

1. The building manager did not do a checklist with us until the following week (after we moved in) 2. We are still waiting for them to fix the kitchen cupboard 3. The building manager also told us that we are not the rightful tenants to this apartment therefore we need to move out (after signing a lease) we were promised electricity vouchers for the inconveince 4.We received a statement which was higher than we expected and brought this to their attention on the 25 th Feb 2019. We have been emailing the customer services & attached proof of payment. Spoken to 4 different people. Advised by Lebo Raphuthi that the statement was incorrect and the only amount we need to pay was R4537 only. And that payment was made. This amount was confirmed over the phone and via email. Jabu promised to escalate and Kamogelo stated its R8736.24 today. On the second call Kamogelo went on to state actually we received a discount of 40% and went on to say that we actually paid more than the required amount. And will speak to credit control to allocate payments we made in January to the account. Sadly to our dismay the young gentleman Tinashe Gubwe belittled and patronized us stating that we dont understand the transactions that we made and he has wasted 2min talking to us and this would not make any sense to us. 5. we still dont have a copy of our lease and we still dont know how much our bill is.

We refuse to make any additional payments or any default payments as we were advised by Lebo Raphuthi that our bill is R4537 which has been paid!

It is highly alarming to think that a huge organization could be so disorganized and unprofessional.
