Be Very Careful wen Signing with AFhCO, you will R

I don't have energy anymore to keep complaining about the poor services I have received from AFHCO since I moved in the flat 360 in 2013, Greatermans Building.<br> Firstly when I move in on the 1 of February 2013, my room was not ready I had to sleep on the other dirty room, as I had no place to leave or sleep. I had to clean the flat for me to sleep.<br> <br> The leasing department did not even explain to me or did not give me the check in list form for me to check and records everything on the day of occupancy , as you can see from the lease, I only signed the inspection on the 21 Of February 2013.three weeks after.<br> Your previous manager whom did not note all the issues that were associated with the flat in that time, and now I am paying for his unprofessional and lack of customer interaction.<br> I now believe AFHCO is there to make money, they do not care about their customers.<br> 2 years later I now have to pay for something I did not do, the late notice and the late parking are understandable , but to pay for painting the flat that was dirty when I move in is very unprofessional and very greedy from AFHCO , now I being told that I should have done this and that, very unprofessional
