Be careful of this people
<p>The yards</p> <p>I rented a room 410 at the yards building. when I moved out I gave a 30 days notice as per contract . I was supposed to get my deposit on 07 November 2016 Which I did not get. When I call they tell me I did not submit a notice on time. I take this as cheating and manipulative business. its not my fauls if the yards manager submitted my notice. I need my deposit. I would like to warn evryone about AFHCO.</p> <p>After my review on hellopeter They promised to call me. They never did. I called them and they promised to refund me by 13/12/2016. They havent. It seems I am spending more to get my money. The last person I spoke to was Njabulo. Toda I spoke to Lebogang Raphuthi and she is telling me i will never get my money. I demand to speak to MD Of this midiocre.</p> <p> </p>

After careful consideration and in view of your request to cancel the agreement before the end of the Initial Period (12 months period of the lease) thus breaching or not complying with the terms and conditions of your lease agreement; we are entitled over and above any rights in law to charge you a reasonable penalty.
We are also within our rights to charge a reasonable percentage on the remaining period of the contract (which always works out higher than a deposit) but we do not as we comply and always want to be as even-handed as possible.
