Balance Brought forward without no explanation
I am a tenant staying at Impilo flats i am writing this review to express my disappointment, i recently moved from 224 to 508 and i was advised that the admission fee wont be included from the internal transfer. However, i received a statement for 508 with a balance brought forward of about R1109.96 that i do not understand as there is no breakdown or whatsoever. I then called customer services and the lady i spoke to seemed perplexed as well as to what was the amount for she said she will contact her immediate supervisor to date she never called back.
It is for this reason i am extremely disappointed with the service i got and now i received a letter of demand. Could the R1109.96 be for water?, i doubt.
Can i please be advised accordingly?

09 Oct 2018, 13:04This is truly unfair, why was i not furnished with the statement before?...I stand to disagree with what am being told i feel like i am paying for an admin fee indirectly so, I moved from 224 in September right and i received an sms to pay R3650 of which i paid BEFORE that i was staying in unit 224 and the last statement i received was for R3800 and i paid it in full so where does the R1109.96 come from?
This situation of R1109.96 does not make sense at all, can someone from AFHCO call me and give me a clear indication of what is happening this issue of being incorrectly charged does not add up so whose fault is it that one did not send the correct statement?
