Bad Treatment from Afcho Employees

My name is Andiswa I'm so hurt after writing to Afcho as a Tenant at Leage Building flat no 606,asking for a grace period this month I've experienced to be paid short at work so I could not pay my rent, my apartment has been locked since Friday last week, My child could not even get her text books inside for school, When I called our caretaker he said he could not open cause Tinashe at Afcho told him to keep it locked even though he has received my email explaining myself, I will still pay the rent but I was honest enough to inform him. I don't know where will I go tonight . Tinashe did not get back to me or rep**** to my emails instead he called the caretaker after receiving my email telling him not to open for me. All I'm asking is a small period until I get money to settle the rent.
