Bad treatment

I am staying in one of the Afhco building in Friendship Town. I am just requesting afhco to just explain to me why is my deposit now not reflecting on my statement. I have sent emails, phoning but they keep on saying still investigating they will come back to me but no luck. I also have a problem with the kids that are not staying in my block that always play on my windows, hit my windows with the ball and nothing has been done about this. In December the very same kids broke my door handle and the care taker advised me to buy the door handle my self as I cannot be able to identify them, now I know for sure they will break my windows and I will have to replace them myself, which to me it's unfair. I make sure that i pay the rent every month and expect to get a good service in return but what I am getting is bad and wish that AFHCO can do something about this.
