Bad Treatment

The rules of the building says No excessive noise and No parties allowed but twice I reported my neighbour flat number 1019 they were having a party playing music so loud that even the walls were shaking,the night shift security supervisor just wrote the flat number on a piece of paper and promised to go check but the party went on until the morning,yesterday I went to report the same unit number because they host parties every weekend and the same security supervisor did nothing and when l told him that I will report him to Afcho Head Office him and his colleagues just laughed and when I asked for his name because he was not wearing a name badge he said I must just tell them is the \Supervisor"he even went on to say there's nothing they can do at Afcho Office"
