Bad treatment

One of the building rules is that No excessive noise to be made in the building and No parties allowed,but about 2 month back I was studying late night and my next door neighbour flat number 1019 they where having a party playing music so loud that even the walls where shaking and went to the security supervisor to report them and all he did was to write the flat number on a piece of paper and promised he will go and check but the party went on until the morning,again today on the 9th October the same people where making noise while I was trying to read and I went to the security supervisor to report but again he wrote the unit number on a piece of paper and told me he will go and check and after 2 hours nothing was done I went back and reminded him of the first incident that he did nothing and he told me that if feel that he's not doing me justice then must go to Afcho Head Office and see if there's anything they can for me,I asked for his name because he was not even wearing a name badge and he told that when I get to Head Office I must just say \Supervisor"and as I walked away he just laughed with his colleagues"
