Bad service - struggling to get my deposit back

I canceled my storage unit and gave a month notice 2022.. I am still waiting for my deposit. Everytime they will call me back but no one is calling. No email or anything. Kerry Anne at the Montana premises is also of no help at all. She just tells me that Head office is busy.
