Bad Service received
I'm highly disappointed with the service I received in my arrival at Jabulani Lifestyle estate in Jabulani. I needed a place to rent so Googled the place and got contact numbers. My husband and I went to view the property and we loved it. Spoke to a guy called Siyabong about the application for the apartment and the amount which he said it was R4400 for rental and R1000 administration fee, we agreed and decided to apply and the application was successful. Moved in Saturday the 2nd of February and asked the alarm and DSTV to be connected and they didn't. Spoke to a guy called Sifiso and he referred me to Khaya. I searched the whole complex looking for him with no luck. Sunday morning the search began and still couldn't find him. Bump into him around 14:00 and he told us with an attitude that he doesn't work on weekends and we had to accept that.
Monday morning went to his apartment to ask him politely and he came making comment such as don't wake me up in the morning I start working at 8. He looked at the decoder and said the problem is with my decoder and he will charge me R300 which I refused to pay.
Today its the 7th still my DSTV is not connected. I asked Siyabong for the copy of my lease that I signed which he refused to leave behind for me to read and go through it. He kept on saying I shouldn't worry these no red tape. Till today I don't have my lease he keeps on saying he will give me but doesn't deliver.
The lease was blank with no dates and no amounts. When I asked was told not to worry until I deposited an amount of R5400 and told that it was not enough I should deposit an addition of R150 which Siya still can't say what is it for.
I'm so disappointed and my friends wanted to move in as well but because of my experience they decided not to.
