Bad service from Afhco

Title: Poor Maintenance, Overcharging, and Deposit Hassles

I recently stayed at the Falls Lifestyle Estate managed by Afhco, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The complex suffers from a lack of maintenance, Additionally, there were instances where tenants, including myself, were overcharged without valid reasons.

One significant issue I faced was the delay and complications in retrieving my deposit. Despite following up diligently, I encountered unnecessary hassles that prolonged the process for over a month.

It's disheartening to note that Afhco's management seems indifferent to the concerns of residents. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for potential tenants, urging the management to address these issues promptly and transparently.
