Bad service from Afcho

Im receving a horable service at afcho im staying in their flats i moved in in June they told me there is a special of 1 month free rent was so excited i signed a lease that they were suppose to email it back to me and they never 2 months down the line they told me im owing them the 1 month free rent that they say its a special im not gone pay when I asked them about it they send me from pillar to post i asked for my lease agreement they say they don't have it so im asking myself how are they billing me without a lease up to now no one wants to answer me they have cut my electricity and now im forced to pay the money that they said im not going to pay .so for me this people they lie just to get customers they make promises and once u in their property they change and when u have a problem they don't care all they want is money thats not good like really we black people and we strugling to make ends meet and this companies they rob us this is not fair .Im still staying in their property because im writing my exams after that ill move out i cant spend my money to such a company that doesn't care about other people's life and they lie and ill make sure that everyone knows my story.Up to now I still don't have my lease agreement
