Bad service ever

Since Thursday you haven't said anything about my deposit you said it was escalated even now nothing... Why do u lie about the deposit money that will be deposited after 7 days of me moving out while you guys are lying why don't you say 30 days because it's almost 30 days now should I send a complain here every day to get my money

24 hours has passed I'm still waiting si ce from. Monday I'm still waiting will I ever get my deposit back... Funny enough we paid required amount on time but you can not stick to your ptomises
