Bad service ever

Not a good place to stay in, you can make payment arrangements that you want to pay on the 7th of every month but around the 4th the Switch your electricity box off. I am staying at Rosewood Complex Roodepoort and the Credit controller Wesley is not a good man to work with. I told him that I made arrangements to pay every 7th but he always cut me off before that time. This week we didn't have electricity for over 3 days and when I come back my box was cut and I am being told that he doesn't work on weekends it will only be attending on Monday that what caretaker Selby told me. I don't think I will finish my term here they can't work with people at all.
