Bad service ever

My Son checked him self at their off campus res in Dooronfontein.when I went there I saw the place was not good for a first year student.as there was hawkers, nyaope boys just out side the building from there I realised that I must remove him The child had not yet sign the lease at that time but the property manager confiscated my child's clothes and said I must sign a acknowledgement of debt,ask him what debt because the memorandum u made my son to sign does not have rates. I even asked them what type of agreement that has 39 days notice but doesnt hv a cooling off period if person is not happy They told me to pay about 9000 which I denied to pay I am willing to pay for those days my son stayed but as for 9000 unfortunately I can't. Will also like to know from NSFAS how do they approve such building for kids to stay. I know m not the only one parent that can see that the place is really not good for student to stay on them I gave them my number for the manager to call me but have not recieve any respond from them. Mpumelelo building is the worst. You go the building managers tells you to wait as she is in lunch.you call them they wont answer even the head of security confirms to me that they don't answer they phone even when there is emergency how do i futher trust them with my kids? To all parents out there ensure you know where your child is staying.
