BAD SERVICE DEPOSIT REFUND DELAYED!!!

Afcho has the worst service ever, We have been renting since February 2019 we took out a 1 year lease with them & never miss a months rent. We were promised a promotion of no rent on the 12th month which was lie!!! When we moved out we cleaned & the place was in a perfect condition. We have been waiting for our deposit & no one is telling us what is going I have called them over & over and being told we are getting the deposit but nothing comes through. It is so frustrating as we need our deposit for the new accommodation.
