Bad Service Delivery

I'm a resident at Etude Estate and Afhco cut of my electricity claiming that they did not receive my payment because someone did not do their job. I haven't proof of payments to Johaness and Customers Care and they said they won't assist to reconnect my electricity. What pains me is because I have a 3 month baby who drinks formula and I can't feed my child because someone did not do their job. The service delivery is extremely bad.
