Bad service as always
I have been staying at south hills lifestyle estate for two full years now and they have hired cleaners who do not clean the corridors it has benn raining and the stairs are dirty and you ask ursef if these people clean or what we can't be paying for so much to stay in a dirty place like this, the stair cases even stink because they are not cleaned, Afcho has again proved to us that they lack service and skilla management, and we are still waiting for the intercom till today because we have to go and open for the visitors by ourselves at the gate what kind of a place is this, we pay also do your part please it's really annoying

21 May 2021, 15:54I've always resorted to writing here on this platform because This company doesn't take its tenants seriously, we haven't had signal for dstv for the whole day and the only thing is that they are fixing it since 8 am in the morning mind you this is a service that we are paying for, no communication was sent to tenants to say they are attending to the issue however as always they only care about their rent and these days even when one comes to name and shame them here on hello Peter they ignore and that time you are staying in a so called south hills lifestyle estate, if it's not water and electricity then this, I believe Afhco can do better ????????
