Bad service -Afhco

I stay at 120 end street at Afcho highrise, I paid my rent on the 31 May 2021 via capitec App and I stead of using the unit ref number I put the name Afhco....

I sent the bank statement as proof of payment on the 7th on June 2021 via their what's app chat.

I even sent the same bank statement to the building manager as he came to switch off my lights, he promised to send the proof of payment to creditcontroldepartmentfor allocation of that payment to be made.

To my surprise we are in July and just recived the statement for the next payment but it seems the allocation of my June payment is still not done.

Afhco sent me the statement showing that I owe them.

Please note that this really messing up with my record.

The service at Afhco offices is very poor and they very quick to switching off lights and blocking your fingerprints so you must not entire the building if you owe them but so funny that they cant allocate the money sitting on their unallocated funds.
