Bad service

Honestly speaking, I am not happy with the service that I got from afhco...I moved out on the 28 February 2019 got the statement from afhco around late 2019 if I am not mistaken and I asked for a break down of what I am being charged and how much am I paying for each item and I never got a respond though few people contacted me from afhco to ask for their balance however, I kept on asking for feedback regarding what I asked for and they kept on forwarding the email saying they will get back to me. Never got any feedback from anyone and could not go to the offices due to lockdown (2020). Now to my surprise, I received an email and i have been handed over which does not make sense to me. They are failing to respond to my query but quick to hand me over , how does that work???

I am very dissatisfied client of theirs.
