Bad service

We have never had a basin blockage before, however we experienced one over the weekend and tried to call both care takers to no response until today we got hold of Bongani who advised us to go and write on the maintance book that was done in the morning by 8:30 am however no one came to our rescue I'm typing this me and my kids haven't bathed for 2 days the house will also start to stink, can Afhco at least prioritize their tenants because if it was us who didn't pay rent, rest assured they would have acted fast
