Honestly move in at Afcho property at your own risk.when i moved in the rent was 3500 with water 3700 every month it has been going up since june when i moved in here this month its 4900 for a bachelor while most people here at frank and hirsch are paying that amount in one bedrooms imagine and when i complain they refer to me to whoever he is there by the name Tinashe who is rude and doesnt want to talk to clients face to face and 4900 for two of us in a bachelor i cant believe this honestly am.moving out and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone its the worst accommodation company ever and the people who deal with these issues in this company do not know what they are doing rent increase every month?
