bad service

im at Jabulani Lifestyle i lost my job and i made arrangements for payments. i have been send a statement that is includes legal fees of R10K when u ask them about legal fees they tell me to contact MJS Attorneys which is what i did. this law firm tells me that communication was sent which is not true i have been calling them for the last weeks and being promised to be called back they cant assist for now. today i receive a call that a sheriff was sent to me which is not true and now they have app**** for eviction latter. now i owe them R15K for the process i dont know how did we get there
