Bad service

Disgusting service from the customercare department, my account from Anchor towers was closed 3 months ago and they failing to pay me back my deposit.... I have called, emailed and went to thier offices but till today they haven't paid me my deposit since I requested my refund on the 13th of June it's one excuse after another I'm really tired of thier treatment it's disgusting to say the list
