Bad Service

My brother's who reside in an apartment managed by this unprofessional and irresponsible company were locked out..They cite payment as issue, however payment was made beginning of the month and proof of payment was submitted several times bit this was ignored and they went ahead with locking them out. Therefore they will no longer rent from them as we are leaving to a better safer place. This is so disappointing and unfair as POP was provided several times even to the customer service office.
