Bad service

I moved out month end of March from Jeppe post office unit 102. I had given in my notice a month before and gave the form to the security guards. Before we moved we were requested to send an affidavit as it was a joint lease as well as a bank statement which we did. After sometime I enquiried and called and was told that the documents were not received this happened again twice afterwards. I then asked for something showing me how much of my deposit I would receive back and I was charged a pro rata amount that I know nothing of because I gave in my notice on the 1st of March as required. Till this day I have not received my deposit back and they still haven't gotten back to me regarding the pro rata amount that I am not supposed to be charged for. Ahfco is honestly very disappointing. I call almost every day and they promise to get back to me regarding my query with the pro rata amount and also when I will receive the deposit but till this day I have not received any communication.
