Bad Management Service - AFHCO Property Management

I have moved into this complex beginning of February 2021. Second week i was fined a R 1000 by the security guards and the management said my our kids including mine were making noise on the parking a lot. I was shocked as there was no evidence that my kids were part of that and also we were still trying to settle into the new complex without knowing anyone. I raised my concern with Sail - the management and i have not received any evidence. I told them that the only incident i was aware of later in February was when our kids were chased my a boy with a dog. I cannot afford to pay that money as there was no warning from the guards/management nor evidence of the kids that were making noise on the parking lot.

Its hard times every cent count as we are all affected by the Lockdown. It feels like the company is trying to make money through us in the complex.
