Incorrectly charged/ falsely charged for repairs

I had moved into the South Hills building in December 2020 and never had repairs made in my apartment. In March 2021 my statement reflected that there were repairs made in my apartment yet there were none. I have called the AFCHO customer line 3x and went to the BM- Bongani 4x and this issue is still not fixed
