Bad management and a No No No for anyone who wants peace

I am a two month tenant here (Falls 2). The traetment by the management here is horiible. My first month I couldnt receive my statement and my electricity was switched off without notice. The electric fence is accessible by children and when i complained I was told it doesn't kill it only shocks. They couldn't even produce the COC for the electric fence. The caretaker does not communicate, all he knows is reporting people to the office, he treats people like he owns the place - kindly of ******s behavior.

I have decided to move out, the place is not right for anybody. Tried complaining and I was told im new.

DO not think of coming to this place or else you will regret it like im doing.
