Bad living conditions at Jabulani Lifestyle Estate - Afhco

I am a client of Afhco from Jabulani Lifestyle estate. I was locked out my apartment and my meter is now blocked. I cant load nor do anything, its been the case since friday, i called and was told that there were no oustanding amounts. I have owed them a R1000 for only about 17 days to be precise and their contracts clearly states that people cannot owe rent for more than 3 months. I dont get any statements whatsoever, no communication NOTHING from these people but they quick to do this. I CANT BUY ELECTRICITY, MY KIDS GET BACK HOME FROM SCHOOL AT 2:45 AND THERE WONT BE ANY ELECTRICTY.

I moved in last year March and ever since, no maintenance has ever been done. My door handle is loose because the caretaker had to break in, in december because my door was all of a sudden faulty.

I NEED THIS TO BE SORTED!!
