Bad customer service

I am very disappointed and angry by the way I have been treated by the AFhco group, I moved in at the Jabulani mews flats in December, I have been staying there for a month and a couple of weeks and I still don't have Dstv connection, and mind you I have two kids aged 4 and 7 that are dying of boredom and are hating me for moving them to a place with no internet coverage and no TV connection, I have complained so many times and no one is taking me seriously and I will not be paying any rent until they take me serious.
