Bad Customer Service

I am very disappointed with the type of services I have received at AFCHO. Since January 2025, I have reported that when it rains, the roof leaks in more than five places. They came to paint the roof last year without addressing the actual issue. Even now, my furniture is getting ruined because when it starts to rain, it rains inside the house.

I requested to change rooms and move to a unit that does not have such issues, but no one is willing to help me with my complaint. I was informed that I need to reapply and pay a deposit again, despite the fact that they are well aware I might not even get the deposit I initially paid back. This situation is not my fault; if they had fixed my roof, I wouldn't be in this position.

Additionally, my TV stand and TV have been damaged due to this issue. I am extremely hurt and disappointed. Why is so hard to be moved to a unit that does not leak.
