Bad customer service!

Afhco do not care about their tenants. They have been sending me letters of demands telling me that my rent is overdue whereas I always pay my rent on time. I enquired with Valencia, she advised that I send an email and she will get back to me, till this day I'm still waiting for her response. I've called her without any success. I then decided to call their office I spoke to Thando she told me she will escalate my matter and I will get a response within 48hours, it's been over a week now and no response. Valencia as a manager I expected better service from you as a MANAGER!
