BAD COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE

I would like to lay a formal complaint with regards to the awful treatment as tenants we receive from the management at Newgate Building. We were not informed in advance that we will be expecting a pest control rep for fumigation today. The security guards are the ones whom are given responsibility to access our flats and private spaces without our knowledge. This is rather unprofessional and putting our lives and our personal possessions at risk. If any personal possessions are missing or anything happens in this regard unfortunately legal action will have to be taken in consideration. It's bad enough that our visitation days have been reduced to 2 instead of the 3 days.
